As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Victor leads an elite team of sales agents who are experts in their local city and who specialize in delivering best-in-class class customer service. His role includes recruiting and delivering leading edge sales and service training.

Prior to joining CondoDomain, Victor held several leadership positions in the real estate industry including vice president of sales and regional director roles with the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the country. In 2006, Victor was recruited to start up a national real estate brokerage for LendingTree where he held several leadership positions including the role as national vice president of sales. He innovated a centralized recruiting platform, hired more than 4,000 agents, built a state of the art online management system and launched and managed 20 markets nationally. Victor's leadership delivered 25 million dollars in commission revenue to the real estate brokerage.

Victor's true passion is helping agents succeed and he has authored several training, mentoring and coaching programs and created online videos that teach sales associates the necessary skills to engage with today�s online customer and make them �raving fans� for life.
